What is EU CE certification?
The full name of CE is CONFORMITE EUROPERNNE, representing European unity.
CE certification is a safety certification for products, which is mandatory in the EU market (EU member states/Türkiye) and is regarded as a passport for manufacturers to open and enter the European market. Whether it is products produced by enterprises within the European Union or products produced in other countries, in order to circulate freely in the EU market, the "CE" mark must be affixed to indicate that the product complies with the basic requirements of the EU's "New Methods for Technical Coordination and Standardization" directive. This is a mandatory requirement for products under EU law.
Note: CE is only limited to the basic safety requirements of products that do not endanger the safety of humans, animals, and goods, rather than general quality requirements.
